I have repaired bladders like this with tear aid. I usually cool tear -ad (i.e ice pack) and patch most of the inside first, trying to get everything lined up and flat Then patch the outside making sure to avoid any wrinkles. Working with cold tear-aid allows you to reapply in case there is a mistake.
