i have heard that perhaps the recon system may contribute to the jellyfishing. anyone know if that could be true? anyone remove the recon and fly like a normal 4 line? did it make any difference?

and i gotta agree with gonewiththewind. kiting is its own sport dont need to compare, ride the way you want, just have some fun out there.

hey, no kidding, if i was to wait for someone to help launch or land my kite i would hardly ever ride. launching isnt usually a problem, but bringing them down without damage can be a challenge at times. :o

yep, its a very good deal. would recomend trying to get the element 12 or 14 though rather than the nitro. think that would have too much lift for a beginner. as far as the prodigy goes,-first impression- was out in fading wind, could hardly stay on a plane on my 137wt let alone go upwind or jump. g...

actually its not even just when riding. even just sitting over head in neutral it bounces all over. and yeah i can ride it fast , but i just found when you edge hard it starts that shaking again, just not used to that with my other kites(althought i did have a 02 bt with the same prob) maybe wont ev...

2005 cabrinha nitro

Just got a 05 nitro 14m. was a good deal, and jumps great but it jellyfishes like crazy...anyone else have this problem? any solutions? and yes, i did pump it up hard.

ive had 4 days in lake ont. so far this year. i just use a 5mm steamer, its fine. i think hands and feet are the hardest part to keep warm. also when in water this cold its really best not to go out to see whats over the horizen. keep it short powered runs. :thumb:

they did look like the shadows, but the material seem different. heavier. seemed to take more wind to fly, but once going was much like the shadows. as mentioned no depower,but flew fine and pulls like a truck.
