Its not the size of the hole so much as the diameter of the rope, Slingy has thicker rope than the others. I think overall the bar is awesome, and the safety system is unmatched currently. My main complaints are the sheet cleat is too hard for my girlfriend to use and the lettering on the bar that s...

Tried both quite a bit. I'd say... The Helix is easier to ride in overpowered conditions, the Rev is better at the low end. Both have very light bar pressure, Helix maybe a little lighter than Rev (in 1:1 mode.) Rev has more power in the turns, and a little better bar feedback. Rev kiteloops easier ...

Should get another chance this Saturday. I would have gone up to the Gorge today but the coast was too tasty to resist. Unhooked - haven't fully tested, it was too strong when I tested at first. I don't think there will be any problem though, it doesn't backstall at all so I can't see that being a p...

There are some pretty insane loops in the Nemesis HP Promo Video , and those are mostly on 10m kites in low 20's wind... Looping the 7m Nemesis HP in 35+ knots is radical! You won't find a kite that goes bigger this year. Dax, you won a free quiver of Rev's, yes? I won 2 kites in the KB4C race last...

Good stuff guys, I will have to try the AA setting. Its really a nice feature that you let people choose for their style. I know people who really like more bar pressure so they don't accidentally redirect the kite or something. There was another Nemi HP out today, a 10m on the AB setting. Lots of g...

Re: new HAVOC

Better take a closer look at the new 08 HAVOC...you are wrong. I have ridden the 08 Havoc 3 separate times, 8m and 10m. You are wrong about the bridle, it only has one pulley per side unlike the Rev that has two. Its nice that they were able to get away with less pulleys, I would consider it a good...

Re: which came first

which came first...the chicken or the egg? Also, notice the pully system on the REV is taken from the new Liquid Force Havoc design. You honestly do not SEE any similarity in the two kites? Have you even flown both, side by side? You probably loved the LINKS as well. I've flown both the 08 Havoc an...

hey Dax, can you just write a bit more about the Havoc Savety System ? There is a sliding back line leash system on the right side of the bar, but I'd imagine most people will just clip into the end of the depower rope handle. When you unhook and let go while hooked into this the rope undocks from ...
