The inserts failed and you can see it's only secured from the topskin. The styrofoam underneath is not structural at all.

A foil friend lost a kite cause of shit quality L F bar! We will never know what happened because kite and bar flew out to sea never to be seen again, at least for us for now. He had feeling c loop broke, then leash connection gave way, disclaimer, was very windy and super gusty but still..... No wo...

I choose to live in a very high wind area and KBHF often in strong gusty winds.
Airush D N A 4 m2 on 24 m lines and 3m2 on 20 m lines just works well.

Sorry no actual experience but I have an old Flysurfer that is easy to pack down without opening the vents and so have noted comments from others. Xylene may be better or safer than toluene.
