Phoenix already heavily discounted in kitemana atm. Any ideas why other than store error?
There are other naish kites too with big discounts.
I have heard about crazy prices elsewhere too.

Something big is happening to Naish. </my guess>

Re: Best sim for 3 weeks in Brazil

I used eSIM (airalo application), no need to hunt sim cards.
Can be pricey if you use data a lot, but mostly you can connect to wifi

Re: Duotone gear recommendation

Test ride a new Rebel SLS, they have smoother power delivery, less bar pressure and turn faster than older models. Also test ride a new North Orbit. I just test drived rebel SLS (9m and 10m) in August, and there is way too much bar pressure when the wind gets stronger. Otherwise great kite, jumps h...

Re: 3d print designs for free

There are many things what could be 3d printed, like nobile fin mount plates. If just someone would do the work and share the files. I agree, they should be free. I would be ashamed to ask money from fellow kiteboarders of the stl files. I tried to print twintip strap holders, but they didn't last f...

Re: Eleveight CS Auto Bar

^ Front line auto untwist isn't so innovative in 2023. Flysurfer has been used it.. more than 5 years? Others (at least core?) also had it for years

What's the one sentence summary?
"Silicone coating absords sand (and he prefers shoe goo)."
I haven't seen that happening with silicone coating. Just let it dry before laying it to beach.

P.S I hate click bait titles

Re: Worldwide Kite Sales Figures

Even if more kites are sold, do people just have more money and buy kites but do they kite more? Is kiteboarding rising or falling trend? According to google trends, it's falling: https://trends.google.com/trends/explore?date=all&q=kiteboarding&hl=en According to my own observations, there are no mo...

Re: What's up with Switch Kites?

I was also very happy with my nitro4:s (10m and I still have a 7m). They are well built bomb proof kites and perform like all the others. But they were hard to resell, people don't know how good they are and trust only bigger brands. The only thing I would have changed was the bar pressure (too much...

Re: Kiteforum needs your support!

Would make a suggestion to clarify a bit how much funds are needed to keep this going on yearly basis. Also make it transparent. There are plenty of services/webpages that allow you to do that and make it easy to donate/give and also see the coffers filling. I'm sure the community can contribute to...

Re: How would you rank kite manufacturer quality?

I can't prefer flysurfer quality on LEIs. I had a flysurfer boost1 13m with (common) valve issue. They are also built light, well it gives some advantages but also makes them weaker. And then I had 9m boost1, there was a severe design issue. They folded in high winds. It wasn't only my kite, also ot...
