Is there a big difference between 2013 and 2012? I heard the 2011 was less stable but possibly the highest jumper. Can anyone compare the 3 years?

I will be in Orlando feb 14 to 18. Is the migration heading up? Are there places to kite around Cocoa beach ( or other places) that are not affected by the migration.
