I think it was smart of them to just leave the R1V2 alone and wait until there's more of an update to release a V3. They registered/released the R1V3... Its listed on the Formula Kite approved list. Very common problem on the Ozone Chrono v1. Frustrated the heck out of me... I found you could shake it to a particular point then squeeze it out but really the better solution would be to sew a small hole on the back edge of the seam.

Once I moved to flysurfer kites, never had the problem again.

One point I did not mention above... In really light winds you can lengthen lines but your kite skills need to be sharp... Nothing worse than overflying the window with long lines - the kite will not fall back in the window fast enough to take up the long line slack.
