Re: Any tips for a heavy and tall beginner ?

West coast of Ireland must be crazy windy! I was in dublin for a year and it was blowing all the time. What others said will be best: get in touch with a school, take lessons and then buy gear according to your budget/instructor recommendation.

Re: Precautionary Recall Flysurfer Control Bars

For safety and profesionalism - and to attempt to avoid getting lost in acromony - of course Armin has started a dedicated topic here, instead of just chiming in in a previous discussion. When considering the timing keep in mind they not only have to acknowledge and study the problem, they have to ...

Western Australia, while not as cheap as The Philippines, better surf and flat water, everyday wind. Hire a camper van and head north.

Re: Why do manufacturers do not list board weight?

I think it is because there is wood involved and weight varies accordingly. Which made sense to me since with guitars you have the same problem and companies don't give the weight info. There are companies who give the weight with an info that weights might vary, for example F-One.

Re: Blake Olsen | Episode # 97

Excellent podcast right there! Thanks a lot Adrian made the cardio much easier. My brother actually bought a Vegas after his lessons 8 years ago because he was a fan of Aaron and he used it for mowing the lawn 🤣 Good thing since last year when I started we got new stuff, he loves the neo.

Re: Waist Harness Bruising Ribs ?

Others have mentioned it but you can use a climbing harness to keep the waist harness in place. I know a really good kiter who uses this one because of a rib injury https://www.klimwinkel.nl/tendon-jammy.html

He said it down in the comments.

Re: rip curl flash bomb zip free 4/3 sizing

187lbs 6'1 and I have the 5/3 frontzip in MT. Fits really good. Since you are inbetween weight wise I am not sure, give L a shot or maybe the LT if the Xl is fine length wise. Hope you find one that fits since this wetsuit is amazing, I regret not getting that one in 3/2 and bought the mystic majest...
