Qlines won't twist up like that...but once I set a kite up for self-launch I don't leave it...next stop the water. Like Toby's idea of hand on the release...

width of the Edge 149?

Seems to be some confusion on the widths of the Edges....I've heard from 35-38 for the 149...anyone have any solid info on the actual dimensions?

excellent construction, footpads, fantastic edge. Wayyyy too many fins...total of 8! Took the 4 small ones off...considered even switching the remaining 4 TLC fins for smaller.....felt like an intermediate board to me...would prefer a concave bottom for chop and early planning. That's it.
