The u.go mount works well for Noir. I think it is much stronger and one side slides so no fiddling to get the lines equal. For 360 cameras I have used a rylo recently and works well. I'm pretty happy with my first results with quark. using a gopro7 with 2.7 k 60 fps so that takes care off the shake. I had it a bit tilted on power up so not perfectly level, but at least holds the initial orientation well:
