There's no harm in trying.

If you flatten the overall profile too much with the bridal the LE will flatten while the TE stays regular C kite shaped. This will reduce power overall and slow result in slow turning.

I think the gap between bows and C's will continue to narrow. The C kites will work on depower and range while the bows will work on turning. Making molds for the board would be a lot of work. They would need to be very strong and dimensionally exact. As mentioned above, this is fine for a manufacturer but a hassle for a low volume builder.
