Re: sanding brand new Spotz 2

Do these pin holes matter if you are not a hard core racer ? Do they affect strength or allow water ingress or anything bad long term ?

Re: How do you guys/girls downloop ?

Hi PF, Good post. I know exactly what you mean and am struggling with exact problem in light wind. I've noticed that when toeside on the hydrofoil, I'm definitely not making as much ground upwind as I can on a surfboard in the same situation (toeside). Combined with the fact I'm not able (yet) to ca...

Re: Liquid Force fun foil

Revhed - why the angst ? It's just a foil board. One of many anyone can choose from. In the scheme of things it doesn't matter - isn't it all about getting out on the water ? I've got one - there's the disclaimer - but I'm a new foiler and wanted something suitable to learn on. Guess what - 10 sessi...

Re: Chrono Launching Question

re your sand question... When hot launching, you'll lay the kite out perpendicular (90 degrees) to the wind direction, and sand the trailing edge to stop it moving or flipping. Once you've unwound your lines, you should be directly upwind of the kite, with the kite at 12 directly downwind. If you ho...

Re: LF Race - Liquid Force Concept

Thanks for the comments everyone. I am a beginner - I've had about 10 -12 sessions in total, mainly at a local beach where there is usually small wind chop. Haven't had the chance to find some really flat water yet, I'm sure if go a bit quicker in those conditions. Great video - that drone footage l...

LF Race - Liquid Force Concept

Hi. Short update for everyone. 10-12 sessions in, the LF is proving stable and a rock solid platform to learn foiling. I'm starting to ride toeside and nail some heel-to-toe and toe-to-heel turns. It's all good. But... the LF is a little slow - top speed recorded is 29 kmh or 15 knots, and I'm not g...

Hi Philippe.

Your videos and riding is amazing - thanks for putting these together

Can you please explain to us when we might consider the H13 versus the GP ?

Thanks,

James
