i assume ypour after a kite that you can use in surf, land and snow. most kites will work, but u should consider 5th line option on your kite to make it easier for relaunch on land. it can be done on a budget. :thumb:

any gold coast riders?

hey there, off to gold coast (surfers paradise) on friday for 10 days and was wondering if there were many kiters there. the forecast for saturday looks insane, so would be good to get out. were are the main spots to ride around there? some local knowledge would be appreciated. thanks :)

get lessons for sure.

then keep have heaps of fun.

crash your kite lots (out in the water) it shows your trying to improve with trying new tricks. the kites relaunch easily enough once you got the hang of it

i think the 11 is more like a 12 equivalent going by everything ive read. i have 11 and 13 and would much prefer the 11 over the 13. soo much quicker and more fun

wakeskate?

anyone tried a wakeskate yet? was lookin at the ones for kiting (expensive!!!) and the ones for the boat(looots cheaper). i know the rocker would be allot diferent, but do you think a kite could still pull you along on a wakeskate made for the boat?
