Re: Nitro4

I've tried both and can't put either one down. If you are more of a loop/unhook kind of guy, the nitro will serve you well. If you are more into big boosting/airstyle fun, than the the XR2 and XR3 will serve you well. The Core has a much better low end vs the Nitro's better high end! Both have good ...

Re: Kite turning speed vital for boosting

Highest jumping kite yet has been any 17 around 20 knots in the flattest possible water. As of today I haven't had a better experience kiting, and when I need a happy place I go back to that day! Oh, pure flying joy! That was a muggy, foggy day, with average but steady wind in a bay protected by a d...

Re: Choosing a new first kite! Cabrinha SB vs Airush Varial

About the board, you can get a decent deal on a Naish Monarch on their website Naishkites.com. You are gonna love it once you advance and with your experience it shouldn't take long. I think 136 will be the biggest you should get cause the smaller boards are better for a lot more conditions and styl...

Re: Are boots soft on hard landings?

I am not sure why it hasn't been mentioned yet, but I found that size does matter when it comes to chop. Now like it was already discussed the rocker of the board will give you soft landings and better carvability(just made it up:). About going upwind, the squarer the shape the better! And then the ...

Re: Poll: who is going to win the Rb King of the Air 2015? V

As much as I love Kevin Langeree, and I don't think the injury will slow him down, I really hope that Tom Herbert pulls it off this time around. They are both as extreme and as enterntaining as it gets but Tom was the highest jumper last year! Too bad he broke his leg on that bad landing or he could...

Re: Attention Core Kite riders

Its the valve that has changed 3 times. Plus the looks. The Xr2 has a screw on inflate valve that uses the hose of the pump without an adapter. The 3 is a screw in valve with a metal pin on the inside.

Re: Switch Helium 18m-Light Wind Kite

So It's not fast moving cause it's big?! What kind of fun did you have on it? Was it enough to jump at 9-12 miles or you could just do spins? How about unhooking and pop? And last but not least if you tested how easy it was to stall overfly and if it relaunces well?
