if you kiting on the mountains use skis you normally use for the mountain skiing. if you kiting in the valley use 10-15% shorter skis just for maneuverability and they liter too. for icy surface use older style strait sided skis.

personally i prefer the simpler solutions but i don't deny all kind of innovations. maybe this kind of harness does have right to exist after some time of trial. i don't like those bar ends where lines have nasty habits to hook on.

I've no idea what I'd do in that situation? i don't know why so much fuss about nothing? i mean clearly those critics are not objective, and clearly those kites are not suitable for everyone, e.g. if you are weighing over 200 lb and wind in your region is under 20 knots 95% of the year, so low profile and pencil-thin LE Ozone Instinct is obvi...

Best you can do if you like your kite and shows this symphtoms of wear is apply a layer of HOLMENKOL SEAL'N'GLIDE,stains dissapear and the canopy gets brilliant and crispy again. absolutely agreed!
here is picture of mine jekyll, it's about 1,5 year old and as you can see near the trailing edge where cloth is flutter most same pattern has appeared.

with the graphics... tastes are differ. it is like with the garlic smell, if you dont like it move to the farther corner of the room. if i'll start the list of my most hated graphics without regarding performance of any kite brand, it would just starts a wave of comments of those offended brands fan...
