There is really only one place in the winter with reasonable wind, flight time just short of being horrible and no ice in your QR: Cabo Verde. Beyond that you need to go to the southern hemisphere. Ah oh, and also Dahkla of course.

Thanks, I did check the stats and it looks good enough. And this is the time we can go. Wind will be enough. Perhaps just bring 10-12-14. Rent an 8 if I need it. Practice on a floaty strapless if little wind.
