Do North use low quality rope? Both the main and stopper ropes wore through after a dozen or so sessions. I replaced the main with some good quality rope from a chandler, and it is wearing at half the rate.

I never kite without gloves; - once had to self land and secure my rebel in a sudden squall, and there is no way I could have worked my way to the kite along the 5th line unless I had gloves.
