Re: 2021 Duotone Kites poor construction quality ?

I have a bunch of 2019, 2020 Neos and 2021 SLS Neos, and no issues whatsoever. Friends have Neos, Evos and a couple of Juices too, and have not heard anything, not saying that there's no problem at all, and it sucks when it happens :/

F-One Magnet - does it flex almost like twintip?

Anyone please; does the board flex much more than the "normal" kitesurfboards, please? I need to have a flexy board for landings due to knees etc. and this one looks to tick all the boxes on paper, but how's the real life, please?

Thank you and good winds! :bye:

Re: experiences with HB SURF Legion v1

I have used different year models of Neo kites and none of this behaviour. Perhaps one reason for your kites not coming back from the "flattened" position is that the bridle pulleys get stuck to the bridles? If not, (and I believe the bridles won't get that much out of shape to do this) I guess ther...

Re: North Comp 5.0 or something bigger

ok, I hope someone riding the exact board could chime in and tell how it rides. It's a bit tough to say how it works for you like you mentioned for your weight it's ok, but for us tall guys one needs to think about the person's length because it affects how the board rides. Sorry I cannot be a real ...

Re: North Comp 5.0 or something bigger

It might be a bit on the smaller side for your length (I'm 190 x 78kg) but for weight ok. It depends a bit on how wide stance you have etc. My freestyle boards are 5'0 and 5'2 but for wave riding then with sharp nosed boards 5'8 is pretty much minimum, otherwise with my stance & length it's too easy...

Anyone DIY simple harness hook without 3d printer?

Just wondering if anyone has done a simple harness hook for winging? I don't have a 3D printer hence the question. The idea would be to add this hook to the waist leash belt.

Any ideas/solutions, please?

Re: Small kite 3-4m2 that does not deform under load.

Get a thicker LE diameter kite. I am waiting a new 2022 Neo 4m2 delivery soon and the smaller sizes of Neos I have don’t have thin LE andhold their shape very well in the loops and when dragging me up from deep water where you can get a lot of pull from the kite which can lead to distortion at the k...

Re: Moses W1000 and W945 overlap?

Thanks guys, I have watched Gunnar’s reviews, but no comparison between the two. Yes, the w1000 is smaller in size, but it’s faster and pumps well, and it seems that you are able to turn it well too in waves, so it seems to be much more than pure race wing. Hence the question about which pumps bette...

Re: Moses W1000 and W945 overlap?

Thanks, I have both fuselages so no problem there. However, I was wondering how they would compare to each other, although they are on paper very different, but for turning wise and gliding and pumping mostly interested.
