Thats normal for most Flysurfer Foil kites. You need to make Backlines ~10cm shorter, B ~2..3 cm longer and C ~1..2 cm longer if you want them to feel crisp and reactive. Flysurfers trim is very beginner friendly and soft. But I do this or similar on most of my kites, so it may be my personal taste...
