Re: Who makes the strongest leash

^^ Dude that carabiner is f*cking scary!!!

Flexifoil leash is super nice, definitely worth the $ to seek one out, the newer north leash is also well made, a far second though.

Re: Problems with Back to Blind when really powered

grab at the peak (stalefish maybe) and spot your landing *before* pulling the bar across your back.

I only landed a few last summer but the good ones I got I really remember feeling that magic moment where I was grabbed, relaxed, and hauling ass backwards and upside down.

Re: Kiteboard cable crossovers?

ronix el von videl schnook. rode the 142.5 for most of last season and while it doesn't go upwind as well as my livewire(s) it is definitely a capable kiteboard. quite a bit stiffer than most kiteboards, but great shape and definitely dominant on the cable with full uhmw base and beefier constructio...

Re: Fuel backstalling problem.

I don't know what you guys are talking about, I've never backstalled my 9 unless it's fully powered up. Like stated earlier if you pull 1-2 inches of trim it will never stall unless you're trying to ride it in 12 knots. That's how kites work, you are just oversheeted... Pretty funny if it wasn't so...

Re: Aaron hadlow trying out some north equipment

I've ridden Hadlow bars since 2009 and it is very different than every other kite brands bar. If you were to demo any kite being used to the way the Hadlow bar is set you would probably not be very stoked on how the kite was flying...just due to the differences in body position with the bar fully sh...

Re: North Vegas 2015 proto??

Thanks bud!

They even have the measurements so I can cobble something together!

I cant tell if I liked the 6th line or 5th line rigged Hadlow better....but cool that the Airush can do it. It sure slays it on high-split 5th kites like the vegas and torch...

Re: North Vegas 2015 proto??

Some more pics of the vegas protos. Weird line setup on the first one... Hi Babel, it's not so weird and not new at all. It's a factory option (Aaron's choice) on the Flexifoil Hadlow pro since at least 2009. And even the Airush Razor mentions this option on the manual. Bye bye Really? What Razor m...

Re: Naish Designers Notes: Alana

Was it intentional to name the file boardgina ?

I would have thought the pink graphics would have denoted the target market without having to use anatomical terms.

Re: Who's been in my shoes? Being a beginner sucks!

Dude, depending on where you are, if you can get to a cable park and learn a bunch of board skills independent of the kite, you will see your 'time up riding' and associated muscle memory EXPLODE !!! Even if its flat at the cable park, you are going to be getting stronger and stronger in technique a...
