Depending on the conditions and also on your style. Kited yesterday in 25 to 30 knots for 3 hours, carving, big air etc.. that was a good workout.

Went kiting tonight in 10 to 12 knots wit the sector... as good a workout as mowing my lawn

It happened in Lac St-Jean quebec; the PG is pretty messud up, broken hips (x2), legs (x3), vertebraes (x2) etc..
