Windsurfing in 25knots+ with 12ft waves is killer. I am a die hard kitesurf but a few days a year the windsurf conditions go off, and I bring out the flat 5.0 and the wave board. I am looking for some information on how to go from caracas to margarita without taking Areo postal?? Anyone know how to catch a bus from Caracas to puerto la cruz or the price of a taxi? I think I will be going on April 5.

Cabarete is super fun, everything is on the same street and it's cheap. Puerto rico you need a car and it more expensive but the riding is better.
