Choice is a freestyle oriented board, made for boots with pretty big rocker, Radical is more like all-rounder. Not sure if it was foggy or maybe you did something wrong in the exporting workflow, but the picture is really washed out and stitching is really off. My MAx produces much better quality and stitching.

Its bad for foiling because 5 ribs dont hold well in lulls and drift is bad on it. In 5m/s its not very responsive and may fall. Look for something with 3 or less struts.
