hi this is specialy for european guys
i was thinking the following if you buy a kite how long do you have waranty on it
if i look true european rules it should be 2 years or am i mistaking?
now i ve heard that they only give a 3 month waranty
does anybody know more about this?

They are offcourse bound by the European regulations. They say you have 3 months of warranty, but if you go to court (or maybe threaten them) you will get your warranty. But you must prove it is a material fault.
Your warranty is not even limited by the 2 years. You may expect to buy a decent product, and depending on the type of product you may even be entitled to a longer warranty period.
It's like in the electronics-shop. You can buy extra warranty, but you are in fact buying warranty you are already entitled to....

yep under eu regulations it states that goods must be covered under warranty. however i believe that their are exceptions for goods that generally wear and tear fairly fast. however if a fault is found in the design within 2 years i think it should be covered. Do we have any volunters to look up the law? Surly somewhere in europe their is no wind and a lonly kitersurfer is getting bored!!

my x3 ripped a part after hitting the water, i think it's absurd that something like this happens!
does anybody know where i can find the quaranty rules for naish??

Damage caused through normal use is definitly not covered by Naish. Hope the warranty rules in EU are covered by your NAish distributor. Aloha R
