Hi micky.. if u have time to spend for kite there is a place 1hour ago south from Thes/niki called Stomio and this time of the year really ''works''... S.SE winds 15 / 25 knots.. if u decide to go there contact with me via my e-mail ..

Kos must be a good place for kiteboarding.

Zazou the only spot in kos for kite is kefalos bay.. come on dude.. R u going to prefer kos for your rides ? there r a lot of better spots to do that .. Try.. Paros - Naxos - Rhodes - Crete and too much other islands..

I'm gonna go there because I have friends and I'd like to find a job and enjoy kitesurfing.

So Naxos is the best?
You got some specific info about the spot (kitebeaches ?) and possibility's for wife and kid (2y)
What about Rhodos -(most south of the island) ?

Hi Fal,

Some people from kos told that it must be good for kitesurfing. The best spot must be Tigaki. He gave me 5 spots in the area of kos town... Normally I would arrange my vacation to kos next week... but if you say that kos isn't that good, and naxos is much better.....
What spot do you prefer if you could go to greece for 2 weeks at the end of july??????? I prefer not to crowded...

Mike..i dont have ph. from stomio but u can find some in http://www.GWA.gr in photo section but the shoots its not really good.. anyway if u r going to come there the spot is very beutifull to ride..



Zazou.. this time of the year its risky to find good conditions in the gr islands for kite but Paros or Naxos is a better place to risc for....

Hi all!
Where are the best kitesurf spots to go in April in Greece??

I can't find good infos in internet and everybody talks only about Naxos, Paros and Rhodos, but I really don't care about these places.

If anyone have good infos, I'm gonna leave in 1 week-10 days.

KillaHz video magazine Windreels 1 has a 10+- minute section of Dimitri Maramenides kiting in Greece. Tropical blue water with great wind. The video comes out in about 2 weeks. Maybe we can get Dimitri to come on here and give you the scoop on Greece.
