If there are any UK kiters that have bought kites from BEST I would like to know how long you wait for the kite from the US and what about customs?

Yes I've bought kites direct from U.S. If in stock they take about a week, if out of stock anything up to 6 weeks. Think all stocks are back to normal now after big demand. You just pay over the web site to best and you will get hit with a bill from customs and exise for approx. 20% value.

I just placed an order on monday for :
9m and 13.5m yarga, and 16m nemesis, best swivel carbon bar and lines, i then spoke to someone in the sales department who said all my items where in stock and it would be posted either yesterday or today!! :).

I think the stock problems must have been linked to production issues.

So i guess i'll get them in the next week or two, i'll let you know when they come through.

nice comment, if you've got experience of flying the kites and know a lot about their finer details then i'm sure we'd all love to hear about it.

please give us your opinion.

i heard best were going to pull out of kites as they have fallen out with oneanother and it aint finacially viable, thats why they put the 3 fo r2 on again to clear all their stock!!! Because they are selling badly, going bust already?
