I'd go WT, don't really like the FLX or any board with it's construction optimized for snowboards. Even UG recognize this with the lower price on the FLX.

In my experience
Early Planing = FLX
Light Wind = FLX
Pop & Jumping = Wavetray
Wave Riding = Wavetray
Speed = Wavetray
Handling Chop = FLX
To me, the FLX seemed more of a forgiving board which is a smooth ride. The wavetray is more punishing but definitely has a better performance when it comes to tricks.
That's only in my limited experience though
cheers,
J

One board for all condition Wavetray.
For flat chop water and save some money FLX.

PS.
WT 137 is much smaller then FLX 132 because of width and the end flip.
You should compare with the smaller FLX.

Pop & Jumping = FLX
Been riding the WT137 for a year now and my first session on a FLX had me landing on the beach. Insane pop.

In my opinion (I have WT 147, FLX122, and I have ridden other WT and FLX Flx board is superior to the WT in most condition maybe apart from WT's edges saving me in the waves as they push the board up if you for some reason should have your board tip in the water.
Remember theat the FLX has a much more loose feel than the WT. The FLX 132 I could go in the same light winds as my WT147. Now I do like the WT too, but since my FLX is smaller it turns faster....etc.
And yeah the FLX really has a lot of pop and is a super fun board..

There's a FLX contruction wavetray coming out too.. maybe that will be the best compromise....
