esp Mauritius may get hit by a tsunami after an earthquake off the coast of Sumatra that occured about 2hs ago.
according to experts on cnn if this quake generated a tsunami it may be heading south and/or west and so Mauritius and all islands in between may get affected by the wave that usually travels at speeds in exsess of 500 mph.
please notify authorities friends and relatives on the island.
dont panic. the last tsunami in Dec produced minor damages but caution may save lives.
a receding sea may be a sign for an incoming wave.
tsunami in Mauritius may produce at least a 1 to 1.5 m higher tide.

Tsunami warning has been taken back...it was bad but not that terrible...
No waves!!!!
An 8,2 is 16 times less powerfull as a 9,2....the way they calculate it...
