Looking back on our trip to Hatteras this was definitely the highlight. The bar was able to give Alex the confidence to take his riding to the next level. I am looking forward to seeing the Gen 2 bar on the new boat. If you are looking for a great lesson in board skills and then progressing to boat assisted kite flying this is the way to go. Great job TY

Most kite schools teach you only kite skills , and then put you on a board and kite and expect you to know how to ride a board and use your egde.Thats to much going on at once. Now you can seperate the the two and THEN put the two togetter.
The learning curve is so much quiker and easy. Also you can learn extreme tricks, because it has the upward pull of a kite. ( in no WIND ). It was the biggist missing link in instruction . Patten pending. For more info go to http://www.kitehatteras.net and click on the POLE.
Oh come on!!! A NEW invention? That is just a boom ( a home made one but a boom all the same). Waterski schools have been using booms for decades. What will get you a patent over all the other ones on the market?

Why so much hate, Deltawake?
Maybe you can save some for these guys who recentlyclaimed to be the first,
but appear to merely have a less-versatile version of Ty's 'Kite Rite tower' (that Ty developed over 8 years ago).
Ty Luckett wrote:Unlike a simple, fixed, waterski 'boom,' the 'Kite Rite' Tower can be adjusted
to the individual kiter in order to pull you out of the water at a 45 degree angle, just as a kite would.
It can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally on-the-fly as well.
gotta agree w/deltawake here. no hate, it's just not a new invention. we've used these for many, many years as a great teaching tool for skiing, barefoot, wakeboarding, etc. i cannot imagine what patent could be pending on it, but good luck nonetheless.
