Hey champion
More than being psychedelic , holland is also very relaxed to kite in the summer period (june, july and august) as the whole europe tends to rush to the mediteranean and atlantic beaches leaving the north sea beaches almost empty.
Ok it is not as blue and as warm as the medtiteranean, but it's really worth it.
Above all enjoy the trip, the sun, the people and the surfing

If you consider coming to Holland, and u should
Try visiting Terschelling one of the island in the north of Holland one of the best spots in Holland. Kiteble with every wind direction and very nice locals
