For the Bat, you can have any color as long as it is black.

What I find really interesting about this photo is how the profile of the trailing edge is really flat through the middle section of the kite. It doesn't flare at all like a lot of the other flat kites out there.

MULH, we played around with different colors but could not match properly the dacron and the canopy colors. So Black it the Bat.
MUNTERUK, Again I take my hat off to you for your keen sense of observation. Once again you sighted and pointed out our little design secrets. You will find these new Bats with the enlarged cutout on the TE to be far superior than the first generation Bats that you flew. We will have one in Australia for you to demo soon.
Photo here shows two angles of the kite and how the self adjusting TE changes under load...pss don't tell those experts in the other thread that are glorifying the virtues of flat kites...been there done that...

That's what I expierienced with the Ultra Flat Rapture 2.... Why go backwards... I guess Windwings R&D is still years ahead... Are we going to start seeing Batwing copy's in the next year... Was in not Windwing that started the flat kite revolution with the first Rapture, 6 months later everone put out a flat or SLE kite.
Looking forward to flying the Batwing and being lit in 10-12mph!

I notice that there are what appears to be two versions of the batwing 12m one with a small notch in the trailing edge and one with a much larger arc cut of material missing. Is this a later version of the same kite?
