Only if it comes with a silver jump suit. I'd feel out of place kiting in anything thing else with that thing..

Sure, why not? It'll make all the other Best kites obsolete :thumb:

What would be the motivation?

I have only heard hearsay about the HellFish. Not sure why it failed so miserably, but I heard that Best did full refunds plus $100 credit on a new kite to anyone who bought one. That sounded like a very responsible and costly correction to a significant problem.

What was the problem with the original Hellfish?

- and -

Has that problem been resolved so as not to recur in a re-intro of the kite?

I think everyone is focusing on the name too much. The hellfish did return in 2006 as the nemesis pro. It was a high aspect cuben kite that had a dacron cover over the cuben LE. The new kite they are talking about is just a high performance SLE that will probably have a cuben LE. I think the question is should they call this new kite the Hellfish. It's all marketing. Personally I think there is so much negativity associated with the name any comeback would casue some confusion.
