I'm 5"10 170lbs and i presently ride a modified Cabrinha Lab rat 140m cut down to 119m i love small boards and want to go down to a 110m what would be the negative if i went down so small?

Can't ride slow, need more power, harder to learn handlepasses and must land with speed, sucks in the waves and chop, can't ride waves, must turn with speed and then it's still very easy to nosedive.
More to come I'm sure.

I'm taller but lighter than you and ride a 122 as my main board. Its fine if the breeze is up over 13-14kts but below this the amount of power required means using bigger kites or the occasional stall/dip.
Unless you get consistently strong winds I'd recommend sticking to something over 120.
On the plus side - small boards make for softer landings!
