mr pool i have just found half a bungee rope for sale on ebay, its just the top half, dont know what happened to the bottom half, do you think your blue rope will be up to the job, should be if it works for kite surfing and base jumping, what knot would be the best to tie it round your feet?

Pooly, to the world of kiting welcome!!!.

I have a good look over your postings and i can't see a lot wrong meself just a couple of minor tweaks here and there but your not to know that.

Firstly, i wouldnt have left the board with that old dear for starters, she could have tripped up. I would have tied the blue rope around her secure like and then u could have picked the board up no problem.

When u do get on the board the string in the middle is called a donkey dick and good reason. Basically you need to secure this firmly around ur scrotum -its ur centre of gravity - hence the name.

Try and get an old dear to take some pics of you in action some time.

Happy kiting bud. Oh and see you on another forum sometime. What do u think of the avatar? :bye:

Pooly, a good way to practice ridding your board.
Get your blue rope, tie it to a mates tow ball, get him to drive down a pier or sea wall, you know the type.

He will prob pull you off the first time, but you will have a big smile on your face and really enjoy it.

Try and keep your knees bent as it feels better this way, and rember to give him a hand signal when you want him to stop pulling, as it can hurt if you splash into the water.

I would suggest a good 30mph to start with, working up as you get better at it.

Do you have any spare blue rope as i have a savage Jack Russel that needs tethering.
PS tried Orange Charlie band and it keeps snapping
Cheers.

The base jump was a success except for the landing
Think u need to be a bit higher really but the three mattresses a lay on the floor just in case worked a treat thank god, still got a stiff neck tho

Bridge swinging tomorrow :thumb: Its pretty high but i have full faith in the blue rope... Will keep u posted :bye:
