I am a great fan of slinghot, and can't wait to put my hands on the Fuel 2009!

does that mean the fuel has a center safety system now? wonder how thats going to work on a non bridled design.

No no no ....5th line please.!!
is slingshot doing what flexifoil did with the hadlow pro ?? Bringing out a kite purely for the real hardcore.
I've tried the hadlow pro and it took me back to riding a 2 line C kite ....just grunt-power and more grunt....absolutely no depower what so ever although i could see that if the 5th line was cleatable (fuel way) , the hadlow pro can become tamed.
those pix certainly show quite a c shape the hadlow is really c shaped.
i have a 7 and 9m 2007 fuel and a 11 and 15 rev so loving slingshot

Probably it will come out with a 5th, Len10 only use his custom bar. Notice that the strp is also above the bar instead of underneath the bar.
Wondering what the design will be this year, hope the same kind as 2006, really liked that. And some nice colors please
for the photo's

Wow, that Fuel 5th line worked great.
Looks like Ruben is spec'ing the C kites now!
(That means we can expect a white or gold Fuel for '09.)

It works well. In 04 a lot of C's had front line flagging and it stops the kite spinning, plus is better if you release in heavy surf cos the front line is close to the leading edge.

i have one, its has fair bit of depower and dosnt come with 5h line, u dont need it and u dont have to c kite relaunch, u just pull a stearing line and it pops up, and yes they do some with gold foil on them. its not really as hardcore as 06,07,08 its actually a bit pussy.
