When using tape to repair a canopy tear, fill a bottle with hot water and use it as a roller to smooth out wrinkles and bubbles and to hot set the glue. You can also use a pot of hot water as an iron. I prefer the bottle method.

Is your popular CL826-11AN Clam Cleat needing to be replaced? perhaps the teeth aren't gripping the rope so well anymore?

If you keep the black plastic part and screw on a replacement CL211 Mk2AN, you will save money.

ive got a really good trick to installing bladders.
i line my bladders 10/10 everytime.

when pulling the bladder with string...... dont pull the string from the wing tip...... instead, pull the string from the valve holes in the LE...... instead of pulling from 3m away, you are only pulling 1m at a time..........

when you get to the last valve hole (roughly where the LE curve is)... I put my foot 20cm from the hole and pull. that wayy the bladder cant pass my foot and im doing it in small intervals. .... this is only good for where the curve is.
also.... dont install the curve flat on the ground..... if you keep the LE flat, you will actually see that the seam curves around.
keep your foot on the LE and the ground .... and bring the wing tip vertical..... this will stop the bladder twisting..... when the bladder stops at your foot , move your foot 20cm closer to the wingtip (keeping the LE seam in line).... and repeat..... wingtip vertical and pull.

my theory is.... and its been working everytime since i did it this way.....
its not the bladder that twists..... its the LE that twists...... if you think about it..... when the kite is pumped up the bladder doesnt sit flat on the ground...... the kite has a curve.
kite smaller than 11m are no problem.
but kite 11m+ this is the way to go!!!

Just adding some more keyphrases to this so google will pick it up for more searches (it took me ages to find the name of this cleat!) depower line, amsteel, 6mm, chickenloop, butterbox, mutiny, regulator cleat controller.

Another interesting cleat is the clamcleat cobra cl264.

Here in San Andres, Colombia, we just replaced all the bladders in our 9m 2012 Ozone Edge, cant wait till tomorrow.
The old bladders were not leaking, just the one-pump connector pipes were breaking.

Love my (new) kite, and 2012 might sound old to you but I am a 1960 model so what?

What to do with the old bladders???

They make nice "Dry Bags" Cut to size and weld up with a vacuum baggie machine, then roll the top and knot it. Keeps your phone, camera, or sandwiches dry...

Hi, I wish to replace bladder on Naish Helix 10m 2010 and park 9m 2011, I want to replace all the bladder system with not "one pump system" (I don't like the Naish octopus system)
does anyone know wich bladders can fit, and where can I find it with reasonable price?
