check this:
wiki/index.php?title=KGB
If you have an error on the site and can't view it, you need to logout from kiteforum, then it will work.
I hope to have fixed the problem soon.

Blomvall's trick is a back to blind with an air pass, which is about as close to a KGB as you can get. All you have to do is instead of landing toe side, just rotate a little move and land heelside to complete the KGB.
If you practice back to blinds, and nail them i don't think that KGB's are that much further out of reach, could be wrong tho!

back to blind with an air pass
yes, that's what it is?
Funny, even the pros don't know what they are doing
But no problem to correct it, if it is what you say.
comments pls.
and anything else that is incorrect, pls let me know!
Thanks

im gona be honest with you, i've never landed a back to blind pass or KGB, but iv only tried it twice! iv been concentrating on other moves at the moment, but i can land back to blinds, and KGB's on a hanging bar...
anyway! the way iv tried them (i passed the bar once but let go) the best way is to point a little more downwind than normal as you unhook so then you dont rotate as much in the air, also edge real hard and pull on your back hand a little to get more air, then rotate so that as you slow your rotation you face the way you would to go on the opposite tack. By here you should have your legs the same height as you, pull in the bar hard towards your hip and kick the legs up and look back as if for your landing, reach for the bar, balance yourself aswell, and stick it!.... oh but it sounds so simple....
Good luck dude! i hope to try some soon aswell!, working on back mobes at the moment if youv got any tips for me!
cheers,
good winds

thanks for the help. right now i have front mobes/slims/ kl3's so these handlepasses aren't new to me. I watched progression professional and he said the same thing that you guys did about slowing the rotation down and trying to get your legs about you so that the inverted flip helps you flow into the pass. We have 20-30 every day for the next week, so i'm sure i'll get it down. just like any of the other handlepasses, i'm sure that it just takes a ton of crashes to get it right.
For the back mobe, it depends on what style mobe you want to do. If you want to do one that's similar in style to a front mobe, in that the flip flows into the spin, it helps to really try to pop a slower, more inverted backroll because it helps keep the handle closer to your hips for the pass.
If you're wanting to do the faster low mobe like hadlow calls it, when you pop try to spin the roll to revert fast and really over rotate it so that you get wrapped and then pass the bar before you land
