Going week after next - May 2 - 8, staying at Hacienda Tres Rios, any tips? How's the wind been? I'm bringing just my 12m probably.

Denise, Bucerias which is very close to Punta de Mita has a really good thermal from now to mid/late june. Strong thermal almost every day, up to 30 knots. There is another great spot very close to punta de mita called Veneros, but is is tricky as there is a wind line and the wind gets gusty towards shore. No place to kite at punta de mita that i know of except with winter north winds cold fronts which are pretty much gone by now. Look up "Kiteschool La Cruz" on facebook:

Adamj: Never heard of Hacienda Tres rios, where is it close to, where are you flying in to?
I am sure someone will jump the pier some day!
