I'll be around Australia and New Zealand north island in Dec and January,
and as i don't feel like taking all my gear with from the other end of the world, and won't take my board with me, i'm looking for
-a place to rent boards around Perth and around Melbourne (i already found AKS next to Perth http://kiteboardingschool.com.au), but have no hints for Melbourne.
-A 2nd hand kiteboard for my trip in New Zealand in January (preferably in the area of Auckland)
-friendly kite-buddies
which are the nicest spots on north island and the north of south Island, i've had a look at kitebeaches but would like to have some insider tips !
Are there special rules/restrictions/hazards that i should be aware of apart of the big whites and the local cocktails?
