iam not happy customer with naish. thats why we dont use them here. had a problem with their products once and they dont stand behind it: so i had to suck it up.

I'll confirm here and now you did in fact resolve my original problem by having a brand-new 2009 Cult hand-delivered to me in La Ventana. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with that warranty service! I have had no problems since. Hope this settles the issue once and for all.
