na man its too much just tie and old bar to a tree and do 100's until you can do them without thinking. you need to get them pulling yourself up without touching the floor then you can go on the water and work on it.......good luck!

i can believe you didnt get andy replys here, just goes to show the kind of knowlage the guys have that reply when you ask about equipment reviews

Thanks for the tip. We'll try both, even though they're charging admission... one six pack of beer per person...

yah, the setup they have there is only good for learning danglepasses anyway. if you want to learn danglepasses, just tie a bar to a tree and if you're scared of the ground, put a mattress below you. it doesn't take much to practice, just a bit of determination. practice every day and within a week or two you can at least make the pass. then you have to do it where your feet aren't touching the ground (requires quite a bit more strength)

i'm more curious as to how to set up a trampoline for backmobes/slimchances. that's where the bounce is really valuable.

When using the trampoline make sure the rope is atleast 50ft. away and at a 45 degree angle. This is what Billy Parker suggested to me.
