You'll find exactly that 5strut 6m kite on ebay.de. Search for Kitefactory.
This sick ass kiteloop-machine doesn't belong to me.

Did a megaloop today was well above my kite but only 20 ft in the air. I knew I was screwed. I came down with so much force I broke both my boots off my board at once. Luckily I think my boots breaking saved me. Got plenty ruffed up but other. Than feeling concussed and sore I think I'm ok

Good to hear you are ok.
I saw the guys crashing at KOTA...and the hardest crashes had straps...so they could bail out...but I can only imagine how bad these crashes must have been with boots.
So think twice if boots are really an advantage doing Megaloops...

Love my boots I personally feel much safer in them
If I was in footstaps I'm sure my feet would have been pulled out of my bindings and my body would have sustained more of an impact than the board did. Ride whatever makes you.feel.safe I would say is always your best bet.

It's definitely safer in straps because you can throw the board away and ball up. The problem is if you ride boots long enough you loose the proper feel for straps, so you won't be able to land anything in straps at all. It's like anything else, you have to practice riding in straps if you want to megaloop in straps. I definitely understand not wanting to go back and ride for several weeks in straps again just to do a few megaloops. Try to make sure you aren't riding solo if you are megalooping.

What makes a loop megaloop? Is it getting leveled with kite or just 30+ knots conditions? Size of the loop?
What is the impact of different timings of the loop?
1) Loop before apex
2) loop at apex
3) loop after apex
4) loop on the way up around in the middle of ascend (middle from loft off and apex)

1) loop before apex
You get a yank.
2) loop at apex.
gentle helicopter or "rescue" loop
3) loop after apex
same as #2, gentle helicopter or "rescue" loop
4) loop on the way up around the middle of ascent
same as #1, you get a yank.
"Megaloop" is a subjective criteria. To be safe whenever you do a kiteloop, never claim it's a "megaloop". Just say you did a kiteloop. It's for others to say if it's a megaloop or not. Some people don't count megaloops until it's blowing 30-40 knots, others will give you props for a styling kiteloop in 25 knots that's 5 meters high. Anyway, don't label your own kiteloops as "megaloops" and you won't get yelled at.
