Hi Ed,
I do those kind of excersises for a at least a year and never had backpain again.
Those excersises train your abs also deep in your body which are there to stabalize.
For my backpains this was much better then crunches etc.
Combining with crushes etc is the best for 6 pack

try hanging from your ankles like a bat upsidedown for 2 minutes twisting sidways back and forth, don't kill yourself with some dodgy setup though.. you may be very surprised

regularly doing yoga and core strengthening exercises keeps my back pain free...after having back pain for several years

Thanks for posting that,as someone who get's lower back pain from time to time I will certainly give it a go.Presumably this video would also appeal to those who dont suffer from back pain as taking preventive steps to avoid ever getting back pain in the first place is essential.

The exercises shown in the video are remarkably similar to kiteboard riding position, particularly when using a waist harness with a good stance.
