I had a warranty claim and my board was made about the same time. I contacted OR and had extremely fast response. The guys at OR are great and gave me no problems with honoring the Warranty. All I can say is great service.

How about everyone just contact the manufacturer directly BEFORE posting on a forum? A quick phone call or email should do. I have had to deal with a few kite companies this way and it makes things go smoothly and everyone look better. The kite companies should not have to peruse the forums constantly for potential (deserved and undeserved) damage control.
