I need some Greek local to help me about Naxos.
How's working the wind there ( Mikri Vigla ) ?
Windifinder statistics are promising, on the other hand it's not blowing at all from a very long time now.
It's Meltemi season right now or it's not started yet ?

thanks
Faber

The weather in Greece has been a little weird this year but the Meltemi will come. August is its month. Probability of wind in Naxos is 90% at that time. Bring a small kite. The wind tends to be really strong there.

I will be there in late August/early September as well. Sounds like I should bring small kites (8 m)? Any other suggestions? Also, has anyone kited in Amorgos? Can't find much online about it...

Thanks!

Hi,

You can always contact Flisvos Kitecentre on Naxos.
Michele is very helpful and will tell you about local wind conditions.

Enjoy!

Bring definitely 7, 8 or 9m!
