my fav combo right now ~( after years of trying various straps/pads for very small feet. I had to wear booties to be able to get the usual suspects comfy....+ i wanted to nix the booties)
Straps...NSI Proton....( so easy to adjust on the fly)
Pads...O.R Bliss pads or NSI Double Oreo's ( with the NSI straps)....
I've found these perfect for me for going barefoot
MmmmMmmmmmm

I am curious to hear from the guys who have used both straps and bindings. What are your thoughts? Which are best? Pros? Cons?

i've been using aboards sfls atmosphere for whole previous season and should say was very satisfied with it. i also teach lessons and no problem there as well. keept the feet good. i now plan to order some of their new gliders for school and as i understand in 2010 there is option to have not only sfls atmosphere but also 'multifix' version where pads and straps come sperate .
i plan to take few of these because then these will fit without any compatibility probs to my other boards i use. also can put any angle of pad needed individually. maybe these can solve your case
