ooops, sorry; no political statement intended, just reality! (are you allways this sensitive?)BWD wrote:reciprocity, bureaucracy, people trying to make an extra buck off a tourist... ..whatever...
If you have not HELPFUL advice,
why not just shut up?
It is just a person trying to travel.
Not a political statement.
For your info, I don't require visa for travelling to the US and I live in South America because I chose to do so after living in the US and EU. And yes, you are being too sensitive, otherwise why the answer (maybe PMS?)?BWD wrote:Not too sensitive, aeberl,

the idea of the first poster was to solve a visa problem.
The guy can't help it what country he is from.
If you don't want to help, why whinge?

If you don't like it, leave.
Oh, if you can get a visa
Sorry to make fun of you, but you set yourself up for that mi amigo.

but the policies aren't the point here.
The point is what is the best way to get the visa,
whether he is from Brazil, US, EU, Peru, Mexico, NZ or whatever..
Somehow, I bet it is a situation you have encountered yourself, with one country or another.
PS sorry for the distracting rant, gonna go eat a banana
