I need a correction glasses all the time all the day.
This is a big problem for me,It is very disturb me to enjoy the kite surfing hobby.
I mad a medical examination for laser but unfortunately I did not found fit to this procedure.
I have roddy project sun glasses that below the lenses of the sunglasses they have the corrections lenses.
It is not working very well I have water on both of the lenses and after few minutes I am not able to see anything through them when I am surfing, it is cause me to be less confident to do kite surfing.

I found in the internet the glasses in the link below

Are contact lenses an option? If so, get disposables (they're better for your eye health anyway), and take an extra pair or two with you when you kite since you can lose one in a really serious wipeout.

I just take my glasses off and put in disposable contact lenses every time I go kiting. Simple.

I rarely lose one in the water.

I've had some Wiley-X glasses/goggles for 4+ years w/ no problems. They have ear pieces and a strap that are easy to switch out.

I am blind as a bat... but I am like randykato and CG, I pop in throwaway contacts every time I go out. I would often loose them surfing but maybe only 1 or 2 this whole season while kiting. I wear glasses 100% when I am out of the water.

If you are convinced your have to have glasses, this is a good place to get them. I have maybe 6 pair of regular glasses from them... Here's their page for 'sports'. How's $25 sound?

Wound up going with a pair or Prescription Sunglasses from Sliverfish (www.silverfish.com) a few years back and am really happy with them --great quality, optics, fit, integrated strap/lanyard, etc.. all still in great shape after a few years..

The S-Rat frames work nice for higher prescriptions (nice classic look as well), and I went with an extra darker shade of tint.. just one lens to contend with as reg sunglasses --I also use RainX on em to get the water to bead off nicely..

..got tired of loosing my rigid contact lenses while out on the water + eye irritation, goggle type options fogging, etc.. and have used the Rx Sunglasses since.. (though might have to give the disposable contacts a try as another option esp for eve sessions..)

I had a very nice pair of Costas that had progressive perscription lenses in. Lost them when I was hit by a gust and face planted.
That was a $600 mistake.

Now I use a pair of off the shelf corrective sunglasses that I picked up in our grocery store. They have +2.75 correction which is close to my distance correction and gives me enough close-up correction so I can get the lines hooked up right and inspect everything.

I get salt spray on the lenses but it doesn't bother me that much. They were only $15 so when I lose them I won't feel too bad

Thanks for your response.
Do any have experience with glasses in the link below ?
http://www.flysurf.com/frontblocks/shop ... 2-3002.htm
I think they are very good for water sport but I want to be sure about that before I make an order.
This glasses can have a correction lenses too.
They have Comfort is granted thanks to a neoprene foam that is especially made for water sports.
protect for water get into the eyes especially for who is surfing with contact lens and don't want to lose them.
Thanks again for your help.
