who is for banning PMU? Who wants to keep him on Kiteforum???
Toby? Would you agree to ban is IP???
Do really want to ban free advertisement for FS? Good and bad publicity is always publicity.
Riders are not idiots; for sure some day, when the opportunity comes (there are not too many around) they will want to try to make up their own minds. Many of them would have never heard of foils and FS were it not thanks to PMU
.
A+

I'm for banning PMU.
PMU probably has some financial interest in distributing the same repeated message. The message is always the same, there probably aren't many messages from PMU that a normal forum member would post about other topics that interest them.

And he works for Flysurfer..
Everyone knows that, and the power of double negative posting..
As for banning, this place hasn't recovered from the removal of Fokiten.
Forums need nutters, it's what makes the world go round.
Complaining and demanding Ident bans is the province of the weak minded.

Oh No!! please do not mindlessly ban FS ,they are way ahead of time in kite design.
In very near future all the kite company like North,Best, Cabrinha... might have to follow or catch up with FlySurfer kite, as current inflato kites seem going backward to cater beginer market with a bunch of mid or low aspect kites that induce too much aerodynamic drags which result in boring performance charateristics.(any of these inflato kites will drop you back into the water or ground once you initiate a turn)
Stemming from FS expierices of making paraglider, Flysurfer might signal a very new exiting way to kite (call Parakite) where you can levitate and suspend you self in mid air ,facing directly or turn your back to wind direction or just glide yourself few inches above the ground/water like Amphibian Watch these demo video here and dream on , possibility for new air tricks is very vividly mind boggling. None of the sle, hybrid , delta or c kites from the pass to date can even come close to Flysurfer innovation.

Let's give FS a big applause for their new idea .

Aircatcher, sorry to burst your bubble. I bet any kite can hover on a slope when the wind is blowing up the slope. Here's a Cab doing the same thing, and here the wind seems to be more sideshore. Especially check near the end.

Yeah, PMU is nuts for sure. Great entertainment. You just have to learn to not read the multi-paragraph posts, since they're just cut and paste from what he also wrote last week.
