i can refer to you some expert kiteboarding instructors from my local, but IKO is dying as many kite school around globe are now abandoned IKO. How much $$ ru willing to pay these guys to move to Aruba for this job ? ru covering airfare transportations,meals and hotels for the first interview?also please mention about $alary range,health insurrance and benefit package on your reply back.

^^^^^ Hahahahah you're pretty fresh out of the gate or taking the piss. If you could find me one school that offers all that rather then just expecting instructors to fly halfway around the world on the chance that they will have a decent season so they can make some $$ to survive.. let me know so i can go work for them.

Aruba, Forgive me for sounding slightly skeptical but from what I've heard of IKO and its many highly touted selling points, why not just post this job on the IKO job page where all IKO trained instructors are told to congregate?

So maybe there's a clue...
Aruba sure is windy, but the place where they teach, isn't that Gusty Paradise?

thxs,Aruba has wind over 300 days a year between 15 and 25knts ,Sunny clear sky ,and some gusty days too.We are very Happy with these conditions.
thxs also for the tons of instructors that wanted to work with us.
we got a great team .
we wait for you in Aruba

any waist deep flat water slicks behind huge long sand bars with plenty of room?
wouldn't mind checking it out, I reckon the party scene would be good too cos i just got some of my dance music/tech tracks signed to a label there.
